I’m here to help it all make sense. 

I know how hard it is to wake up early, hit the gym, work full time, catch up with friends over dinner. Plus prioritize your partner, keep up to date with Love is Blind AND try to plan a wedding at the same time.  There’s not enough time in the day for all of it.

I’m a musical theatre kid, turned catering queen, TURNED wedding and private event planner.  Operations management is my claim to fame, and the reason wedding planning is my sweet spot.

Full Service Planning

Wondering how you are going to do it all? Drowning in quotes, proposals and contracts? How are you supposed to work full time, focus on your health, keep up with the group chat, stay up to date on your shows AND plan your wedding? Well, it's a good thing that your wedding is MY full time job! Leave the day to day details of planning to me! Lets meet up every once in a while for check points on the planning! No need for you to be in constant communication with 7-10 vendors, let me be your point of contact and I’ll deal with the vendors directly.

I am so happy you have found joy in the planning process and flexed your project management skills. Now it's wedding day and all your vendors are relying on you personally to answer all their questions. All of a sudden the day that is supposed to be joy, ease and fun is stress, sweat and too much! Let's not let that happen!! Let me come in at the 4-6 week mark and take all of that off your plate! Lets tag team the last few tasks on your list and cross the finish line with less pressure and more ease! Let me be the person inundated with questions on your wedding day, answering vendors, bridal parties and uncle Joe’s questions!

Design & Styling Add-On

So you’re my planning girl, you've got your vendors booked, your timeline is pristine, you are all over the bookings, payments, contracts, you know how to curate a beautiful food and bar menu BUT you're getting stuck translating that pinterest board into a design that reflects YOU! Let me help flesh out your ideas so that you can seamlessly hand the design over to a florist and decor team. I'll help lift that pinterest board from stock images with no personal life to a design that reflects your and your partners personal style.

Planning Process

  •  Consultation meeting to get to know your style and go over your inspiration images

  • Curation of initial mood/vision board for your approval

  • Preparation of design proposal to send to floral/decor vendors

  • Attendance at venue site-visit

  • Coordination of design vendor meeting

  • Review of decor vendor contracts

  • Communication with design vendors

  • Unlimited email support

  • Creation of floorplan

Additional fees may apply for off-site catering, tented/private property weddings, guest count and travel outside of the GTA
